Jeremy Taylor was driving his SUV through the snowy Descartes
County, Oregon roads when his car got stuck and Taylor and his dog were stranded. They were stranded for 5 days in the car, until finally a snowmobiler found them and brought them out of the forest. Taylor and his dog had tried to find their way out of the forest, but the snow was too deep, so they had to retreat back to the car. When police and doctors asked how Taylor and his dog survived for 5 days, Taylor told them that it was due to the Taco Bell hot sauce packets that he had in his car. Taylor would occasionally turn on his car for warm and then he would eat hot sauce packets to stay alive. Taylor was last seen at a gas station on Sunday, February 24th and was found on Friday February 29th. Jeremy later posted on Facebook saying “I really appreciate all the help. Got lucky, let’s never do that again.”
